Our curriculum has a central focus for high levels of literacy and numeracy. Integrated Studies is used to provide real life and challenging learning experiences that encompass the syllabus areas of Health, Science, Study of Society and the Environment, Technology, and The Arts. Integrated Studies provides an application arena for demonstration of literacy and numeracy outcomes. The curriculum areas of Physical Education, Music and Japanese are serviced by specialist teachers with a staff member providing specific support for the integration of Information and Communication Technology within learning experiences.
In addition to these curriculum offerings, students with disabilities access specific programs including active learning, adaptive living skills and specific student outcomes detailed in Individual Education Programs.
The distinctive features within this design are:

- Focuses on a problem based curriculum where students investigate to identify, explore and solve real life issues in their local area;
- Empowering students to become active life long learners;
- Information and communication technologies used as an integrating tool that enhances the learning process;
- A values education approach to managing student behaviour;
